cps88 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the cps88 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between cps88 ("we", "us", "platform") and every individual who uses this website ("you", "user", "member").

By accessing the cps88 website, creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

cps88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the website. Users are advised to review this page regularly.

To create an account on cps88 and use the platform's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (for users aged 21 and above only).
• You must be a competent and legally capable individual who can enter into a contract.
• Each person may hold only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

3.1 Creating an Account

To register with cps88, you must provide accurate personal information. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method may result in all associated accounts being closed and all deposited funds being forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the cps88 support team immediately.

• Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.
• Playing or placing bets from another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Using a strong password to secure your account is recommended.

3.3 Account Closure

cps88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in the event of a breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

4.1 Deposit Terms

To deposit funds on cps88, the platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.
• All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes of approval. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.

4.3 Anti-Fraud Policy

cps88 takes a firm stance against money laundering or fraudulent activity. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be suspended for investigation and the associated funds may be held.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total playing balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus winnings must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. The currently applicable wagering requirement is 25x.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

• Bonuses apply to your own account only — they are not transferable.
• cps88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Multiple bonus offers may not be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus offers have a specific expiry period; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

cps88 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. All games operated on the platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of any game remains undetermined due to a technical error or system interruption, cps88 reserves the right to refund the bet amount for that round. Any incorrect payout displayed as a result of a technical error will be considered void.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software or bot to place bets automatically.
• Applying any fraudulent strategy to influence game outcomes.
• Collusion — multiple individuals conspiring together against other players.
• Intentionally exploiting any software vulnerability or bug on the platform.

The cps88 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your regular activity and participation on the platform. cps88 reserves the right to change VIP terms and conditions.
